Zilog in 1984 (through their 3 UK distribs) somewhere between
10% & 20% of purchase price for their Z8000 Unix 8 & 16 port boxes.
I think in fact it was about 20% if hardware support included.

Doesn't really help you much I know, but that's all i can recall.
