IBM always releases things last even though they did manufacture
it... That's why on the Dell Inspiron 8000, there is now a 48GIG HDD
which is a IBM TravelStar. This won't be available until atleast May 2001
but the IBM ThinkPad A22P's that were recently or have not been announced
will not have this drive until the A23P... Even though IBM ThinkPad's are
made by IBM, they still are treated no differently than competitors like
Dell and other companies when it comes to buying parts..
