I set hint.hwpstate_intel.0.disabled="1" in loader.conf and I have has no freezes. I am currently updating the system to 13-STABLE and, once that is done and the system is stable, I will remove the hint and see if freezes reappear. If they do, we can add my 10th gen i5 to systems that need this tweek. I'm also into look into just what this hint does.
