I am trying to solve two problems. The first is an error message running
portupgrade. I have 'make deinstall' and 'make reinstall' for both
ruby18 and portupgrade ports. No luck.

The second is a postfix/sendmail error message. I have disabled sendmail
in the /etc/rc.conf options and was playing around with postfix. I have
deleted postfix and still get error messages.

Would appreciate any hints and pointers.

Thanks in advance.
