I have tried on 4 different Pentium 133 and they are all subject to this bug >How-To-Repeat: - Prepare the installation floppies for FreeBSD 4.1 - Boot the installation floppies - Select installation via FTP and select the "HTTP proxy" option - The installation then hangs >Fix: The following workaround has been successfull in 4 out of 4 cases: - Select installation via FTP, but select "active FTP" instead of "HTTP proxy" - I get an error message, because the network is behind a firewall - Then I select "HTTP proxy" and everything works fine >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
