It looks like the correct syntax is:

${fwcmd} pipe 20 config bw  70Mbits/s burst 110Mbits buckets 512 mask src-i=
p6
128=20

Unfortunately, no word about this syntax in ipfw(8).=20

I am still struggling with making pipes work with nat64lsn though. It might=
 be
also supported, but not documented anywhere, or not supported at all.
