And that is a good thing... I certainly don't want someone coming along who dosen't know what they're doing and 'fixing' my configuration files. I've spent too much time and sweat getting things working to have to do it all over. It's not a matter of 'the bosses want to restrict who's doing what,' It's a matter of 'I'm not going to spend that time again to fix the problem you created and that is causing us downtime.'
