Is it possible to get a snapshot of that effort to get more familiar
with the problems. I tried starting from the Sun release but the mailfile
problems looked like a lot of work. I would hope that by now the Sun makefile
dependancies have been removed and the problems are more related to stuff like
the the thread libraries.
