We need your help to add the VOP2 support for enabling the DRM / Panfrost
driver for the RK3566. Actually on the RockChip RK3399 we have only the
VOP1,but the RK3566 requires the version 2.

Do you feel ready to afford this challenge ? Is this kind of task inside
your veins ? It requires a good C knowledge to port the driver from Linux.
