1) There might be support for the Mac you have. I think you should go look
   at NetBSD's homepage and see what support they have support for your
   type of Mac. I knoew some are supported. FreeBSD doesn't run on Macs.
   Try out:  http://www.netbsd.org/

2) Where did you get the address to this list? I'm affraid it's not really
   the right list for this kind of question, and you're not the first to
   "accidently" mail this list. It would be helpful if we could find the
   place where everyone is finding this list address. :-)
