We can save two columns by removing the [] pair around the PR date.
This will allow expanding the "Tracker" column and avoid having it
clash with the "Resp." text.

I'm not sure if there are scripts that _depend_ on this particular
format though.  This is why I'm asking here.  A quick glance through
www/en/cgi -- the most likely candidate -- shows this won't be a
problem.  Does anyone know if making this change to the listing will
break any other scripts?
