Is this a technical question :-) The most likely SIMPLE explanation is that your monitor needs adjusting. Just move the horizontal and vertical sizes to taste. My guess is that you have a good display with A.N.Other's OS. The display position on the screen and it's size WILL change from OS to OS, and NO!
