FreeBSD 3.4-STABLE

Now that -current and 4.0-STABLE got it, it would be nice to have
IPFILTER_DEFAULT_BLOCK in /sys/conf/options for 3.4-STABLE as well.

Maybe it would also make sense to mention it in LINT for all 
FreeBSD versions.

add IPFILTER_DEFAULT_BLOCK to your kernel config and 'config <kernel>'.
