1.There is one more virus scanner - F-Prot. (www.f-prot.com)
  Works under Linux comp. mode.

2.Qmail - virus filter(scanner) - Odeiavir  http://virus.isverybad.org

I made a FreeBSD port and I've sent a PR for odeiavir:
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=41836 , but it is 
not in the ports, yet. Hopefully it should be soon.
I have the above config as mail server and virus scanner - works perfect.
