>Number: 5111 >Category: ports >Synopsis: New port of cooledit-3.5.2 >Confidential: no >Severity: non-critical >Priority: low >Responsible: freebsd-ports >State: open >Class: change-request >Submitter-Id: current-users >Arrival-Date: Thu Nov 20 13:00:01 PST 1997 >Last-Modified: >Originator: Brett Taylor >Organization: Montana State University, Bozeman >Release: FreeBSD 2.2.5-STABLE i386 >Environment: >Description: This port has some neat features. Along w/ the GUI editor cooledit, it also has a file browser, man page browser, a GUI interface to write, and a utility to place icons directly on your desktop rather than in a Wharf-type bar like AfterStep or fvwm. Cooledit itself will allow you to run applications on the file you are editing (for instance ispell or latex etc). There is also a stripped down version of cooledit included called smalledit. I did check the port w/ portlint before submission. :-) >How-To-Repeat: I've uploaded a copy of this port to : ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/cooledit.tar.gz >Fix: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
