cvsup /usr/srcs (have tried 4.x-stable, 4.x-current, 4.x-release from cd)
cd /usr/src
make -j 4 buildworld (single or multi-user)
build crashes everytime it tries to make for section: /usr/src/share/termcap
Resulting error is as follows:

uudecode < /usr/src/share/tabset/xerox1720.uu
uudecode < /usr/src/share/tabset/xerox1730.uu
uudecode < /usr/src/share/tabset/xerox1730-lm.uu
uudecode < /usr/src/share/tabset/zenith29.uu
===> share/termcap
TERM=dumb ex - /usr/src/share/termcap/termcap.src < /usr/src/share/termcap/reorder > /dev/null
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/share/termcap.

Stop in /usr/src/share.

cvsup with any 4.x srcs
cd /usr/src
make buildworld or make -j 4 buildworld

Please help, I have gone through many resources, updates, different tries, srcs, people, email-lists, etc. but I can not find a solution.
