The Mac libm seems to be unrelated to the FreeBSD one, and many
man months or years of development ahead of the FreeBSD libm even
before these changes. E.g., the FreeBSD libm doesn't even have a
hint of fesetround() (FreeBSD's libc has fpsetround()).
