Thanks a lot. cd /dev; ./*V snd0; mixer, never saw so many options. But no audio in the headphone, some clicks when I turned some meters to 100. Maybe the card is broken. Or something else. The machine hangs now after second reboot and xaudio some.mp3. It is an old Asus 90 MHz with an Award PNP bios of 1995 and "Autoconfigure" on. Maybe I can do something more.
