IMHO this falls into that gray area between docs and src. I'm lumping
it in into the -doc category, but feel free to shunt this off to a
more correct person/category/whatever.
With the addition of the IT translations, the example given in
refuse.README no longer blocks all foreign -doc translations. The
following patch corrects the sample.
