this is because the builders did a special build for re@ to fix the
snapshot builds which only includes the ~500 packages needed for that.

the next "proper" build is currently in progress and should be finished
in the next day or two.  i believe 15.0-ALPHA1 was delayed because of
this.

as long as you can get a ports tree onto the host, building ports
locally should work fine.  e.g., do a git clone elsewhere and copy
it over.  or just wait until the next build finishes.
