I think I've found traces of breakage. My kernel contains options DEVICE_POLLING. However, I did not enable polling using sysctl. Now I've got your last version and deleted DEVICE_POLLING from the kernel. And all cards started to work as before. Hope this will help. Eugene Grosbein
