NOTE: what is currently at that URL does NOT discuss advanced relocation and dynamic linking [yet]. I will [probably] add those after some other points on my to-do. Also, I think some of the paragraphs wil be rewritten as my understanding of the binary format grows as well as by guidance from John D. Polstra (whom I thank for answering my questions).
