Well so I just edited my /etc/XF86Config and subbed in r128 for ati as the driver ... held my breath and startx still worked fine! My simple XFree86 question is... When I do Ctrl-Alt-"-" and Ctrl-Alt-"+" the resolution does increase as intended, but moving the cursor to or past the "edges of the monitor" makes everything pan and tilt. How can I disable this and simply have 16 or 24bit color at 800x600 or 1024? Thanks suprememememememely kindly now y'all, :) -- Peter Leftwich President & Founder Video2Video Services Box 13692, La Jolla, CA, 92039 USA +1-413-403-9555 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
