https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=259825 Bug ID: 259825 Summary: ACPI Product: Base System Version: 13.0-RELEASE Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: misc Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: tomh971@yahoo.com firmware error (ACPI) Could not resolve symbol [\_GPE._L07.RS*F] AE_NOT_FOUND Trying to do a basic install and I keep getting this ACPI error. System is a Toshiba Satelite L505D-LS5019 with 4 gig ram, 250 gig SSD, near as I can find, it has the last released BIOS on it. Your sibling OS's install just fine (OpenBSD and NetBSD respectively) I've looked for about 2 weeks trying to find some sort of resolution and just run into brick walls. Kinda frustrated, but that's what this medium is for I hope. Thank you for your time.. Tom P.S. I've tried several release and stable versions and also DragonFly 6.01 and PC-BSD 10.2. with the same result... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.help
