The printer has always worked fine. But about a month ago, we had to get a new ink cartridge. The printer has not worked since then. We sent it to be checked out and repaired. They said the ink cartridge was empty, and when they used a different one it worked. We got the printer back, put in new ink cartridge and it still does not work.
