The look and feel is not mine to determine.

Prerequisites are that is good viewable with w3m and lynx.

But I don't think it's easily changed at this point.  We like to show
stability and maturity with out look and feel of the website.  Not just
change the whole lay-out for the sake of change.

Then again, I might be all wrong, and if that is what the community
wants, then the community is allowed to state so.

You obviously haven't been paying attention.  If you would have
consulted the archives of this list you would see that Jim Mock and Bill
Swingle are busy on rewriting chapters of the handbook.  Chris Costello
and me have been busy on the FAQ.

Feel free to create a prototype and ask for public opinion.
