Note the word 'transient' here.

This is saying that your reverse mapping did not work on this
occasion: the FreeBSD mail systems, in this case hub.FreeBSD.org,
could not find the name of the host with the IP address
150.101.94.101.  It's not fatal.

This suggests, however, that it's been going on for quite a while.

I've seen a number of messages from you, all on the same subjects, so
it looks as if the problems got fixed, possibly with the help of
DougY.
