You can just move the offline docs to a directory under your apache document
root. I do that and also use a Virtual Host to put stuff in other parts of
the directory tree. One thing to watch out for is which httpd.config file
is being read. Different version's of FreeBSD seem to put the apache config
files in different locations so do a locate and see if there are any copies
of httpd.config in unexpected locations.
