Git patch with changes

Added a tip to explain that ftpd's default configuration grants anonymous u=
sers
a unique type of permissions that might not be obvious (allowing writing but
not modifying or deleting of files).

I had to do a deep dive on the issue to learn that it wasn't a filesystem
permission problem but in fact a default configuration of ftpd itself.
