patch to usr.sbin/truss/syscalls.c

truss does not usefully display the parameters to a lot of relatively new
system calls that are now in common use by softwares ranging from uhidd to
evilvte, and a few old ones.  This patch adds a few of them.  There are more
yet to cover.
