Hi,

I get a panic when using bonnie++ (or just mildly stressing the fs some other way) on a zfs pool.

the panic is in space_map.c as per subject.

Most references to this kind of errors suggest there is something broken with the pool itself. Question is, is there a way to fix it? Are there any alternatives to recreating the pool and restore from backups? Any ideas how this could have happened? And how can I get my sysadmins to regain trust in the ZFS file system after this?

See https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=193875

Regards,
Palle
