	Hi.  I have a USB mouse and am running FreeBSD 5.0.  All of the
documentation says that, with devfs, there is no need to MAKEDEV.
However, although usbd is running fine and ums is in the kernel, there is
no /dev/ums0 .
	How to I make devfs put one there?
