Doing so also allows maintainers of ports that other ports depene on to eas= ily audit consumers for incompatible version specs and address the issue proactively, before these failures impact users. See also section on Modifying dependencies (which may apply in cases where upstreams declare "<X" and you would like to modify/remove that) All the other dependencies declared by deskutils/py-vdirsyncer should be audited against upstream <version-spec> declarations and updated to match.
