Netscrape 6.2 is based on the Mozilla 0.9.4.1 sources, IIRC. Mozilla's currently at 0.9.6, available in the latest ports (better cvsup), and works reasonably well. The XUL-based GUI still drags a bit if you're resizing the sidebar, but other than that I'm starting to like Mozilla. However, I've got cycles to burn since I'm running a 1GHz Athlon T-Bird with 512 megs of RAM. Your mileage may vary. Bottom line: if your machine can handle Linux-Netscape 6.2, then you're better off moving to Mozilla 0.9.6, IMHO. - -- Matthew Graybosch http://www.starbreaker.net GnuPG Key ID: 0x7D488659 "Sex, Unix, and rock 'n roll" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (FreeBSD) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8BZ53cCiK1X1IhlkRAm8/AJ4s0Nwl0I23tzDhNlMUvQclXYrf2ACdGjQz TKLjGzEmXQaG0tXnhlurtm4= =OfCB -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
