Because this patch was incorporated into the patchset itself starting with
patchset 5.  Basically you are trying to use a newer patchset with 
older versions of the port patches.  Make sure you have CVSup'ed correctly.
For example, patchset 7 has only one patch (currently) in the files 
directory, although that will change shortly.
