Oh shit. I suspect that this is my fault. I think I MFC'd a change before
the new tag had been laid down. I was sure that I'd read a message that it
was OK to commit to RELENG_4 again, but checking back I can't have done as
JKH's message was sent a few minutes after my MFC.

My sincere apologies. What should I do to rectify it?
