Do you have anything in /usr/local/lib/compat/pkg/?

If any, if you don't have clear reason, try moving or renaming
the directory (i.e., rename to /usr/local/lib/compat/pkg-20251024)
and see it helps or not.

If it causes something odd to other apps, creating
/usr/local/lib/compat/pkg and put back seemingly related ones only,
one by one.

Not exactly match your case, but Bug 268652 has looking-similar issues.
(Quite a large PR, though.)
