1) There is no more new patch 2.5 in -current, patch 2.1 restored
2) Patch 2.1 handle Index: lines as unmodified GNU patch 2.1 now
3) To get FreeBSD hacked patch behaviour just add -I option to patch call
4) CVS fix backed out in favour of patch -I usage

In comparison with old -current we have changed patch behaviour only,
i.e. old variant available with -I option while GNU one available by
default.
