Hi all I just cvsupped to FreeBSD-current yesterday, after running stable for quite a while, mostly because I'd like to try the ACPI support in the hope that I will extend the battery life on my laptop. When trying to compile the kernel, I get an error saying I should install a /boot/device.hints file first. I don't see anything in the manpages or archives about this. Can someone please enlighten me as to what this file should be?
