I instaled 
openjdk version "1.6.0"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-b17)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 14.0-b16, mixed mode)

and result is the same.... opened files are growing 

java on freebsd not for production (Solaris, OpenSolaris, linix UBUNTU - make this job real great)

Growing of opened files.... I test same code with same data on Ubuntu Linux, OpenSolaris and all ok, total size of java opened files is less when 1500.
