Definately.  Not to mention that there will soon be an excellent web
interface for ezmlm lists available, the current version is available from
http://moria.org/contrib/ or thereabouts.

Definately much easier.

We use the combination for hundreds of lists over 40 ips, mostly for
societies at Rhodes University (the one in South Africa, at least).  It's
been much easier to manage and modify than our previous sendmail and exim
configurations, and hasn't misbehaved much at all once we set it up
correctly.
