A honeypot would be the same as you have now; the only distinction is that you
allow kiddies to penetrate a honeypot system, whereas you take action to exclude
them or prosecute them in a non-honeypot system.

As a general rule, though, virtually nothing can be done about script kiddies.
They are usually underage, and thus completely immune to prosecution, in the
United States.
