You can't make this restriction and get it into FreeBSD. We're trying to be, well, free. This include the ability of anybody to use our code as a basis for their own projects - including commercial OSes. I personally have had great use of this, and it have paid for quite a bit of time spent hacking on FreeBSD :-) Eivind.
