So you see interrupts for the other card disappear when you eject one?

Yuck.

Can you file a PR on this with:
	dmesg
	pciconf -r pciX:Y:Z 0:0xff		(for each slot)
	pccard rdreg
<insert both cards>
	pciconf -r pciX:Y:Z 0:0xff		(for each slot)
	pccard rdreg
<eject the one that causes the other to fail>
	pciconf -r pciX:Y:Z 0:0xff		(for each slot)
	pccard rdreg

And send me the PR number.  I know that's a lot of data, but I've
completely lost track of the base problem.  I can only find mail from
you from earlier in the month about this.  I need the data all in one
place to keep things straight in my head.
