FWIW; I think it would be interesting to do some LLVM testing on Alpha. Like here: http://wiki.freebsd.org/LowLevelVirtualMachine/ check the devel/llvm port and run make MAINTAINER_MODE=yes regression-target then report bugs to the llvm developers.
