Trying to build a kernel with IBCS2 emulation in it gives the following
at link time.

loading kernel
ibcs2_sysi86.o: Undefined symbol `_kern_sysctl' referenced from text segment

If I get time I'll track down what needs to be done, but someone more
familiar with the code is probably better suited than I.
