There already is ZOPEPRODUCTDIR, right now it's in bsd.python.mk

I've just submitted a PR to make it possible for ports PLIST to also use
that variable.

Now we need to make ports automagically know which version of Zope was
installed (2.6 vs 2.7) or possibly a knob like WITH_ZOPE=2.7 or
something to install in the right dirs.
