I would _really_ like to watch this process: you underclocking new
Xeon 2GHz to 1GHz (minimum speed of VIA Nehemiah), trying to lower
Vcc by 0.1V at most and get it working, and finally putting passvie
radiator on it :)
50 Amps actually isn't too much, and 55W of heat - it's only
2 medium-power soldering irons... 8)
