Is there a reason why running my laptop using vesa slows down the computer? I have noticed that when I have VESA loaded as a module it would take 5 minutes to shut down the computer using an at command eg at 09:00 init 0 ^D That little command takes 5 minutes longer than it should when VESA is loaded and SC_PIXEL_MODE is compiled into the kernel... is there a reason why? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
