I was testing RUBY_VER=1.9 on pointyhat-west and ran into these two
cases of duplicate dependencies. I'm hoping the "oh yeah, pretty
obviously wrong as-is" incantation will work for doing a commit without
checking first. (redmine is broken anyways for other reasons.)
